WHAT IS A LEADER?

A leader inspires others to action while exploring beliefs and values through teaching, learning, and building sustainable communities. A leader must be personable enough for others to follow their directives; they must engage in critical thinking, interpersonal communication, inclusive team building, and emotional intelligence as foundational skills.

WHY CHOOSE LEADERSHIPIN?

The goal is to raise awareness while developing a road map toward developing and/or improving leadership ability.
